A Network Created to Expand
Access to Leadership

Founded in 2022, Taysey Leadership Network was established to address a persistent gap: talented people from minoritised communities do not always receive equal access to leadership development, influential networks and meaningful opportunities.

Registered in Ireland as a Company Limited by Guarantee, TLN operates across Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Through leadership programmes, conferences, mentorship, community engagement and strategic partnerships, we create pathways that help people develop, connect and advance.
