Taysey Leadership Network (TLN) is an international not-for-profit organisation committed to ensuring inclusion, leadership representation, and equitable opportunities for minoritised communities.
Founded in 2022 and registered in Ireland as a Company Limited by Guarantee, TLN operates across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, delivering leadership platforms that expand access, visibility, and opportunity.
We exist to ensure that talent is not limited by access, background, or representation.
Through conferences, mentorship programmes, strategic partnerships, and access initiatives, TLN builds ecosystems where emerging leaders are empowered, equipped, and elevated.
